Manage Maps

By registering a map, it is possible to visualize the data that PicoManager® is collecting from the nodes in a variety of ways.

Create new Map

To create a new map, please follow these steps:

1. Access the menu of PicoManager®.

2. Select "List of Sites" from the menu.

3. Click on the "Map List" icon corresponding to the desired site.

4. Click on the "Create new Map" icon, and the "Register new Map" dialog will appear.

5. Enter the necessary information and select the map image file.

6. Click the "Save" button to complete the registration.

Placing a node on map

To register a map, please follow these steps:

1. Access the menu of PicoManager®.

2. Select "List of Sites" from the menu.

3. Click on the "Map List" icon corresponding to the desired site.

4. Click on the "Edit AP Position" icon for the specific map. This will allow you to place nodes on the map.

5. To add a node to the map, click the "+" icon on the right side of the screen. The corresponding node will be added to the map, and you can drag and drop it to its actual position.

6. To remove a node from the map, click the "−" icon on the right side of the screen. The corresponding node will be removed from the map.

7. Once you have placed the nodes on the map, click the "Save" button.
