The internal settings of the node can be changed from PicoManager®.
Change settings individually
To change backhaul or access point settings, select a node from the menu and click the "Select" button.
The information set for the selected node will be displayed.
After entering the necessary information, click the "Save" button to display the dialog box.
The "Apply" button only saves the settings and works with the settings before modification. Restarting or reloading the settings will start the operation with the changed settings.
In the "Immediately apply" mode, the settings are saved and reloaded at the same time. When reloading the settings, the backhaul and access point functions are temporarily stopped.
Use templates to make batch changes to common areas
If you want to use common settings for multiple nodes, create a node configuration template in advance.
To create a node configuration template, go to "Node Configuration Templates" in the menu, and click on the "Create New Configuration Template" icon.
The "Create New Configuration Template" dialog box will appear. Select the type of template to be created from the combination of the product and firmware in question.
Template for AP registers settings related to access points.
The template for System is used to register settings related to system settings and PicoManager® related functions.
Select one of the templates, enter the settings, and click the "Save" button.
Change the template
To modify a registered node configuration template, click the "Edit Configuration Template" icon.
The "Edit Configuration Template" dialog box will appear.
Applying a template to a node
To apply a registered node configuration template to a node, click on the "Apply Configuration Template" icon.
The "Select Node to Apply Template" dialog box will appear, select the node to apply the template to, and click the "Apply" button.
The "Apply" button only saves the settings and operates with the settings before the change. Restarting or reloading the settings will start the operation with the changed settings.
Immediate" saves and reloads the settings at the same time. When reloading the settings, the backhaul and access point functions are temporarily stopped.
